Aldar Academies is seeking a visionary and dedicated Phase Leader (Primary) to join the prestigious Al Ain British Academy starting August 2026. This pivotal leadership role is designed for an educator committed to driving academic excellence and fostering an environment where every child can reach their full potential.

Missions principales

• Define and implement strategic direction and development plans for the Primary phase.
• Develop and execute policies and practices aligned with the school's core vision and values.
• Lead short, medium, and long-term strategic planning to ensure curriculum continuity.
• Utilize data analytics to identify underperforming students and implement targeted intervention programs.
• Analyze school data to inform policy development and contribute to the School Effectiveness Framework (SEF).
• Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery for all learners, including SEN/POD, AG&T, and EAL students.

• Proven leadership experience within a primary school setting.
• Deep expertise in the English National Curriculum.
• Strong ability to lead teams collaboratively and drive departmental growth.
• Demonstrated success in using data to improve student learning outcomes.
