Physics Teacher – Full‑Time

About the role

GEMS Founders School Al Mizhar is seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to join its dynamic faculty. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality physics education to motivated students in a vibrant, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging physics lessons to KS3 and KS4 students following the National Curriculum for England.
• Plan, prepare and assess coursework and examinations.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related discipline.
• Qualified teaching credential such as PGCE, PGDE or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS3 & KS4; KS5 experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of physics concepts and laboratory techniques.
• Effective classroom management and instructional skills.
