Physiotherapist – Hospital (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Royal Khalifa City Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assessing patients of all ages, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting rehabilitation across neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify physical problems and develop appropriate treatment programs.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and ultrasound interventions.
• Assist patients with joint, spinal and post‑surgical rehabilitation.
• Supervise physiotherapy assistants and ensure accurate patient documentation.
• Collect and analyse patient statistics and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment, order supplies and ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and continuing education activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the relevant professional body.
• Experience treating diverse patient groups, including children, elderly, stroke survivors and sports injury cases.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
