PI Fieldwork Support

About the role

Under close supervision, the PI Fieldwork Support role assists IQVIA’s market research teams in delivering qualitative and quantitative studies. The position involves coordinating fieldwork activities, managing vendors, and ensuring data quality across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end fieldwork for qualitative and quantitative research assignments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, recruiters, and panel providers.
• Track fieldwork progress, maintain trackers and status reports, and ensure timelines are met.
• Assist in sourcing and managing vendors for recruitment and data collection.
• Monitor sample quotas, validate respondent profiles, and conduct basic data checks for completeness and consistency.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and proactively escalate risks or issues.
• Document learnings and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• High school education (minimum).
• 1–3 years of experience in market research, fieldwork operations, or survey execution.
• Basic understanding of primary research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and good written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and basic data handling.
