Picker & Packager – Instashop E‑Picker

About the role

The Picker & Packager joins the Instashop E‑Picker team to turn online grocery orders into accurately packed deliveries. Working in a fast‑paced supermarket environment, you will ensure each order meets quality and safety standards before it leaves the store.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders through the Instashop application.
• Pick items from shelves, verifying quality, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand.
• Select appropriate replacements when items are unavailable, following company procedures.
• Pack items securely to avoid damage, leakage, or contamination.
• Meet SLA and productivity targets for order completion.
• Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe picking area.
• Report missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products to the relevant team.
• Support stock checks and other operational tasks when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supermarkets, warehouses, picking, packing, or delivery is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit, able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Own UAE visa preferred; immediate joiners are a plus.

• Ability to use a smartphone application for order processing.
