About the role

Join a premium, community‑driven wellness space in Dubai that blends intentional movement, recovery, and meaningful connection. As a full‑time Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor you will deliver high‑quality group classes while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Sculpt, and Mobility classes aligned with business standards.
• Ensure safe, effective programming with a strong focus on technique and alignment.
• Build genuine relationships with members and support community‑building initiatives.
• Assist with events, workshops, programming, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Pilates.
• Recognised Pilates Mat & Reformer certification.
• Solid understanding of movement mechanics and safe progressions.
• Fluent English (professional level); Arabic is a plus.
• Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
