Piling Supervisor / Superintendent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor/Superintendent to lead on‑site piling activities for our construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role is full‑time, based on‑site, and involves coordinating crews, equipment and ensuring compliance with design and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily piling operations, monitor pile installation and conduct quality inspections.
• Coordinate resources, materials and equipment, and liaise with consultants, client representatives and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain production data, daily reports and progress records for project managers.
• Implement method statements, risk assessments and enforce health, safety and environmental procedures on site.
• Resolve technical issues, mentor site personnel and support timely, on‑budget completion of piling works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction or related field.
• Proven experience supervising piling or deep foundation works on large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, method statements and geotechnical reports.
• Strong site management skills and familiarity with Gulf region standards and client requirements.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
