Pipe Structural Fabricator

About the role

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) is seeking a skilled Pipe Structural Fabricator to join its advanced workshop in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role supports the company’s marine and oil & gas projects, leveraging the strategic location near Abu Dhabi oil fields.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble pipe structures according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate cutting, welding, and forming equipment within the 280,000 m² yard.
• Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with ASMEF quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the waterfront facility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pipe fabrication or related industrial production.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high workmanship standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a marine engineering environment.

Required skills

• Welding (MIG/TIG) and cutting techniques.
• Use of fabrication tools and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of marine and oil‑gas industry standards.
