Piping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead fabrication, installation and testing activities on oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating crews, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and collaborating with engineering and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all piping fabrication, erection, installation and testing on site.
• Interpret and apply piping isometrics, P&IDs and layout drawings.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, quality and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, hydro‑testing, punch‑list clearance and system completion.
• Liaise with engineering, QA/QC, safety and construction teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in piping construction on large oil & gas, refinery or petrochemical projects.
• Proven supervisory experience managing piping crews.
• Technical qualification – Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications in piping, HSE or oil & gas projects are a plus.
