Placement Executive – Medical and Life

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Placement Executive – Medical and Life to join our Dubai team. The role supports the placement and renewal of medical and life insurance policies, acting as the bridge between client executives and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end placement and renewal process from market submission to binding.
• Engage insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage and policy terms.
• Prepare and review market submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with insurers to obtain timely quotations and underwriting decisions.
• Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage, price and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and placement strategy.
• Maintain strong insurer relationships to improve market access and service levels.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively identify placement risks or delays.
• Support the development of new insurance solutions and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance and market trends.

Required profile

• UAE national with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or early‑career candidate.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Collaborative team player willing to follow established procedures.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
