Plant HR Manager (Manager I)

About the role

The Plant Human Resources Manager (Manager I) will lead the HR and Administration functions for Crown Holdings' Dubai plant. This role ensures HR strategies, policies and programs align with business objectives while fostering employee engagement, talent development and legal compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, procedures and frameworks in line with UAE Labour Law, JAFZA regulations and company directives.
• Partner with department heads to provide strategic HR guidance, workforce planning, organizational development and manpower optimization.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, visa processing and onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct employee gap analyses, design competency frameworks, and lead succession planning and talent reviews.
• Oversee performance management, appraisal analysis and recommend development actions.
• Control HR and administration costs while maintaining service quality and employee satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, audit readiness and manage relationships with government authorities, service providers and insurance companies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and JAFZA regulations.
• Ability to balance business objectives with employee engagement, retention and well‑being.
• Experience in recruitment, workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on cost control and compliance.
