Platform Administrator

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking a Platform Administrator to manage its core trading platform infrastructure, including MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of the platforms that serve over 2 million clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and maintain MT4 and MT5 platforms and related servers.
• Monitor platform health, performance metrics and resource utilization to guarantee stability.
• Provide uninterrupted client access, troubleshoot and resolve platform‑related incidents promptly.
• Maintain security and integrity of trading servers and MetaTrader components.
• Analyse performance data, implement infrastructure changes such as MT Groups, trading accounts, XC pools and profiles.
• Integrate, test, deploy and support MetaQuotes tools, third‑party solutions and internally developed plugins.
• Manage user access and permissions across all trading platforms.
• Design and maintain failover, disaster‑recovery and automated backup procedures for platforms and FIX engines.
• Generate operational and performance reports for senior platform leadership.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Network Operations, Security Operations and other technology teams.
• Conduct trade surveillance to detect market or brokerage abuse.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 environments.
• Strong understanding of platform monitoring, performance tuning and security best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional technology teams.
