Play Facilitator (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Hoppi®, a new family‑friendly play destination launching soon in Abu Dhabi, as a Play Facilitator. You will be the face of the brand, creating memorable, inclusive experiences for children aged 2‑8 and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor’s experience exceeds expectations.
• Welcome and guide guests, explain exhibit areas and program offerings.
• Wear mascot or themed costumes for special events and birthday parties.
• Manage groups of children from schools, birthday parties, or camps.
• Collect and relay visitor feedback to improve services.
• Follow daily opening/closing protocols, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing materials.
• Lead field trips and interact with teachers, supporting Hoppi’s educational objectives.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous communication style.
• Ability to engage children empathetically and joyfully.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a visitor‑first attitude.
• Comfort wearing costumes and interacting with groups.
