About the role

Accor is looking for a qualified Plumber to join the hotel maintenance team at Swissôtel Al Murooj in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality plumbing services, supporting preventive maintenance programmes, and ensuring guest satisfaction through reliable facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all plumbing and related works to the highest professional standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance repairs and service tasks across the hotel.
• Complete daily checklists and report any issues immediately.
• Manage workshop stock, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies specific to the property.
• Support team training by sharing knowledge and fostering a calm work environment.
• Participate in departmental briefings and stay informed about hotel activities and services.
