Plumber – Maintenance Professional

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Plumber to join our maintenance team at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The successful candidate will ensure all plumbing systems operate smoothly, delivering high‑quality service to our guests and supporting the hotel’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and keep all automatic flushing valves operational.
• Clean and service fat traps in kitchen areas.
• Perform regular cleaning of soil and stack pipes using appropriate chemicals.
• Ensure roof‑level ventilation vent pipes and rainwater outlets remain clear.
• Review building plans to determine plumbing layouts and select correct pipe sizes.
• Locate and mark positions for connections, install supports and hangers for pipes and fixtures.
• Install, repair and maintain underground storm, sanitary and water piping systems, as well as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters and conditioners.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a plumber or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Ability to work under relevant policies, regulations and safety standards.
• Good physical condition and a solid command of English.
• Proactive, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure.
