PMC Commissioning Superintendent (Rotating)

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Commissioning Superintendent to lead commissioning activities on major offshore projects. You will ensure safety, quality and compliance with industry standards while delivering high‑profile projects for Wood's energy clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all commissioning phases on offshore facilities, from pre‑commissioning to start‑up.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee safe and efficient execution.
• Monitor and enforce quality and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report progress, risks and performance metrics to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a commissioning superintendent on large offshore projects.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and industry standards in the oil & gas sector.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
