PMC Construction Engineer, Civil

About the role

Wood is seeking a PMC Construction Engineer – Civil to join the ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and involves ensuring that all civil works are executed to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor all civil construction activities on the ADNOC on‑shore site.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, approved drawings, project specifications and HSE requirements.
• Track progress against the project schedule and report any deviations.
• Manage construction reporting tools and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimise site execution practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in civil construction engineering.
• Proven experience working on large‑scale oil and gas or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and specifications.
• Ability to work onsite in a demanding environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
