PMC Construction Site Manager

About the role

This role offers an experienced PMC Construction Manager (Offshore) to lead the planning and execution of island underground civil works, on‑shore fabrication, offshore transportation and installation, and brownfield modifications for a high‑profile client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction team to deliver the project in line with ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.
• Manage on‑island construction and on‑shore precast teams, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee contractor planning, execution, and compliance with project objectives and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Report progress, issues, and performance to stakeholders and coordinate interfaces with ADNOC Offshore and other projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent senior site experience.
• Professional Engineer accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of construction management experience on large oil and gas projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities across multicultural teams.
