PMC Construction Specialist – I&C

About the role

The PMC Construction Specialist (I&C) will supervise, coordinate and monitor all construction activities performed by EPC contractors on behalf of Wood, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, HSE requirements, quality procedures and schedules. Acting as Wood’s PMC representative on‑site, the role guarantees safe, efficient and high‑quality execution of construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor construction activities executed by EPC contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, HSE requirements and quality procedures.
• Verify that construction work adheres to project schedules.
• Act as the PMC representative on‑site to oversee safe and efficient execution.
• Liaise with contractors, client representatives and internal teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of relevant construction experience.
• Proven experience in pipeline construction and EPC project environments.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and oil & gas construction practices.
