About the role

This role offers an experienced PMC Engineering Manager the opportunity to lead the engineering department for a high‑profile oil and gas project at the Ruwais site, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and Wood’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering activities with project controls, procurement and construction to guarantee timely execution.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive technical solutions that support low‑carbon and decarbonisation initiatives.
• Report progress and risks to senior management and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a PMC Engineering Manager on large‑scale oil and gas projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of upstream, midstream and decarbonisation engineering.
