PMC HSE Manager (SPB)

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC HSE Manager (SPB) to lead health, safety and environmental (HSE) implementation for an ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving a zero‑incident culture across PMC, EPC contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project’s HSE philosophy, objectives and management system.
• Promote a strong safety culture and achieve Zero Lost Time Incident and Zero Harm targets.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE standards, local regulations, international standards and contractual requirements.
• Interface with regulatory authorities, monitor environmental permits and oversee HSE program delivery.

Required profile

• B.S. in Engineering with at least 20 years of oil & gas experience, including 8 years in project activities.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience and 7 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Experience in process safety, construction safety, brownfield modification and offshore operations.
