PMC Manager – Operations Readiness (OR&A)

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Manager for Operations Readiness (OR&A) to lead the planning, coordination and management of operational readiness activities on the ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all facilities, systems and processes are fully prepared for safe and efficient commissioning, start‑up and hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all operational readiness and transition‑to‑operations activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure facilities, systems, personnel, documentation and operational processes are ready for commissioning, start‑up, hand‑over and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, commissioning teams, operations and maintenance personnel, vendors and other stakeholders to integrate operational requirements into project execution.
• Act on behalf of the Owner to monitor readiness status and address gaps before hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMC Manager in operations readiness within oil & gas or related energy projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, commissioning, start‑up and hand‑over processes.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at the client office in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
