PMC Project Manager – Offshore Development

About the role

The PMC Project Manager will lead KBR's Project Management Consultancy team on a high‑profile offshore development for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, ensuring the EPC/EPCI contractor delivers to ADNOC standards, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the PMC team and act as the primary interface with ADNOC Offshore, EPC/EPCI contractors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases of project execution – engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, hook‑up, commissioning, start‑up and handover – ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, schedule and budget.
• Monitor contractor performance, manage critical milestones, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships, delivering regular progress, cost and risk updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; postgraduate qualification in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in oil & gas offshore projects, preferably with ADNOC or similar operators.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and supervising EPC/EPCI contractors.
