PMC Senior Construction Manager

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of civil works, onshore fabrication, offshore transportation and installation for a high‑profile ADNOC Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and requires direct accountability for delivering project objectives on time and to client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction of Islands underground civil works and onshore precast structures.
• Manage offshore transportation, installation and mechanical completion of project components.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Gas procedures, project standards and shareholder expectations.
• Directly supervise Construction Leaders for on‑island and onshore activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly with large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex civil, fabrication and offshore installation works.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple construction teams on site.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi for the duration of the project.
