PMC Senior Engineer – Maintenance Operations & Readiness

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Engineer OR&A to lead Maintenance Operations and Readiness on the ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The position is full‑time and based at the client’s office, supporting large‑scale oil, gas and new energy initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior engineering oversight for maintenance operations and readiness activities on a high‑profile energy project.
• Work on‑site with the client team to ensure project delivery aligns with Wood’s standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions across upstream, midstream and decarbonisation domains.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMC Senior Engineer in the oil, gas or energy sector.
• Ability to operate full‑time on‑site in Abu Dhabi and engage with client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, readiness planning and project delivery.
