About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi seeks a polished and service‑driven Waiter/Waitress to provide attentive, personalized dining experiences for members and guests. The role demands genuine hospitality, strong product knowledge, and an intuitive approach to service while upholding the Club’s distinctive standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized table service throughout the dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, accommodating preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, and daily offerings to provide confident recommendations.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, ensuring timely service and discreet attention.
• Prepare and maintain tables, service stations, and dining areas to high presentation standards.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Bar, and F&B colleagues for seamless service delivery.
• Process bills and payments accurately according to established procedures.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Club service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage preferred.
• 1–2 years of waiting or F&B service experience, ideally in a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.
• Refined communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
