About the role
The Pool and Beach Attendant at Club 104, W Hotels, Dubai, provides front‑line guest service on the pool and beach areas. The role supports food and beverage operations, ensures a safe and clean environment, and helps create memorable experiences for hotel guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, assist the kitchen, and replenish supplies in pool and beach service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work zones, manage inventory, and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking on uneven surfaces, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Follow safety, quality, and uniform standards while interacting with guests.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
