Pool and Beach Attendant

About the role

The Pool and Beach Attendant ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests using the resort’s pool and beach facilities. You will promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck and surrounding areas daily.
• Monitor guest activities, enforce facility rules, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Provide immediate assistance to injured guests and coordinate with emergency medical services.
• Collect, fold, and store towels following company guidelines.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and confidentiality of company information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and perform basic computer tasks for reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors on slippery or uneven surfaces and lift objects up to 25 lb.
