About the role
Renaissance Hotels is seeking a skilled bartender for its pool bar in Dubai. The role combines expert cocktail creation with hospitality, acting as the host of the space and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve innovative, high‑quality cocktails while staying current with emerging trends.
- Maintain the bar’s appearance and functionality, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with hotel departments—housekeeping, front desk, and concierge—to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Uphold company policies, uniform standards, confidentiality, and accurate cash handling.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of bartending or related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and bending.
