PR Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive PR Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic to join the BVLGARI Resort Dubai team. The role supports the resort’s brand image by creating marketing materials, handling media relations, and maintaining the property’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assemble promotional materials such as brochures, maps and event kits.
• Prepare, edit and distribute letters, invitations, press releases and regular media reports.
• Update the resort’s website and respond to daily media inquiries.
• Monitor media coverage, identify opportunities and potential issues.
• Coordinate on‑site media visits, including reservations, special requests and dining arrangements.
• Maintain and update the press database, digital library and press clippings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in public relations or marketing.
• Fluency in Arabic (English proficiency implied by the workplace).
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong written communication and editing abilities.
• Ability to manage media contacts and press databases.
