PR & Influencer Manager – Middle East

About the role

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a PR & Influencer Manager to lead communications, influencer marketing, press monitoring and agency management across the GCC, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This hands‑on leadership role requires a culturally insightful professional who can translate regional nuances into authentic brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR, influencer and event strategies for the GCC region.
• Identify emerging cultural trends and social conversations to inform campaigns.
• Create culturally relevant campaigns rooted in local insights and consumer behavior.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, media personalities and industry stakeholders.
• Lead PR agencies and retail partners, overseeing press monitoring and agency coordination.
• Act as a strategic partner to business and marketing teams to align communications with commercial objectives and drive sales performance.

• Strong network of media, creators, influencers and agencies in the GCC.
