PR Manager – Daylife Division (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic PR Manager to lead public‑relations activities for its Daylife (Pool & Beach) portfolio in Dubai. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and sits at the intersection of media, influencer engagement, events, and brand storytelling within a luxury lifestyle environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans for the Daylife portfolio.
• Handle day‑to‑day PR tasks such as media pitching, press releases, interview coordination and proactive story development.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE and international media, editors, journalists, influencers and lifestyle networks.
• Drive coverage for brand campaigns, events, collaborations, launches and seasonal moments.
• Manage influencer and VIP engagement, including invitations, hosting and relationship building.
• Attend key events and activations on‑site to ensure strong media and influencer presence.
• Identify PR opportunities, partnerships and cultural moments that enhance brand positioning.
• Coordinate with external partners while maintaining in‑house ownership of execution.
• Monitor media coverage, PR performance and competitor activity; provide monthly reports and weekly updates.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of PR experience, preferably in a PR agency setting.
• Proven track record managing luxury hospitality, fine‑dining (Michelin, Gault & Millau, World 50 Best) and nightlife brands.
• Strong existing network of UAE media, lifestyle editors, influencers and industry contacts.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
• Hands‑on execution experience rather than solely managing external agencies.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury lifestyle, hospitality and entertainment landscape.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
