PR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive PR Manager to lead public relations initiatives for our agency and its diverse portfolio of clients across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will shape brand narratives and manage media relations for beauty, fashion, and F&B brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for agency clients in beauty, fashion and restaurant sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and media outlets across the UAE and MENA region.
• Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, statements and thought-leadership content.
• Manage crisis communications and protect client reputations.
• Coordinate PR campaigns with internal creative, social media and content teams.
• Monitor media coverage and produce regular performance reports.
• Identify PR opportunities aligned with client goals and market trends.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of PR experience, preferably within a marketing or communications agency.
• Strong existing media contacts in the UAE and/or MENA region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful media placements and campaign execution.
• Experience in digital PR, influencer relations and social-media integration.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Based in Dubai.
