Premier Relationship Director I

About the role

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking is seeking a dynamic Premier Relationship Director I to lead a portfolio of high‑value clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving growth, delivering tailored wealth solutions, and ensuring an exceptional banking experience for our Premier customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 350 Premier clients, delivering income and performance targets.
• Acquire, develop, and retain high‑net‑worth relationships, expanding wallet share through new and existing client development.
• Conduct regular financial reviews, offering expert planning and wealth‑creation advice aligned with client goals.
• Utilise HSBC’s tools and channels to maintain high service standards and monitor client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across HSBC’s network, referring opportunities to Global Banking & Markets or Global Private Banking as appropriate.
• Uphold risk, compliance and operational standards, ensuring regulatory adherence and fair outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial services, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
• Demonstrated sales success with wealth products and strong client recommendations.
• Experience managing high‑net‑worth portfolios (USD 120k–5 million investible assets).
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and wealth‑management solutions.
