Presales Consultant – AVAYA & Unified Communications

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Presales Consultant specialized in AVAYA and Unified Communications to help customers across the UAE transform their communication and collaboration environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with sales teams, vendors, and end‑users to design and position innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, communication strategies, and collaboration requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end Unified Communications, Contact Center, Collaboration, and Meeting Room solutions that meet customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop technical proposals, solution architectures, bills of materials, and customer‑facing recommendations.
• Provide pre‑sales technical expertise throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful solution positioning and customer confidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory role within Unified Communications, Voice, Collaboration, Contact Center, or Workplace Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AVAYA solutions, enterprise telephony, contact‑center platforms, collaboration tools, conferencing technologies, and hybrid workplace solutions.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, value‑driven solutions.
• Excellent presentation, consulting, and stakeholder‑management skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Relevant industry certifications and experience supporting enterprise communication projects are highly valued.
