Presales Consultant – Cyber Security

About the role
Ingram Micro is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to support sales of cyber‑security solutions. You will work closely with customers, partners and vendors to design and present the right technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
- Meet with end‑users to understand requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
- Conduct demos and proof‑of‑concept presentations for customers.
- Arrange and deliver technical training for partners and customers.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of presales experience.
- Experience in Gulf markets and cyber‑security solutions.
- Enthusiastic, results‑driven mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proactive work approach and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
