About the role
We are seeking an experienced early‑childhood practitioner to join Orange Seeds Nursery in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality education and care to preschool‑aged children, fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum based on Montessori or similar pedagogies.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to uphold the nursery’s quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s wellbeing and milestones.
Required profile
- Degree in Education, CACHE Level 3, or a Diploma in Montessori pedagogy (or equivalent).
- Minimum two years of professional experience in a preschool or early‑years setting.
- At least one recent relevant reference.
- Current vaccination status with an active Al Hosn app.
