Pricing Executive – Customer Service

About the role

FreightAce Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated Pricing Executive who will also handle customer service for its Dubai logistics team. The role involves preparing freight quotations, coordinating with shipping partners, and delivering prompt, professional responses to client enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations for various shipment modes.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track freight rates, bookings, and shipment status.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Support daily pricing and logistics coordination activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Good follow‑up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage enquiries and prepare accurate quotations.
• Relevant logistics knowledge; fresh graduates with suitable background are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures is an advantage.
