Pricing Manager - Joint Venture

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Pricing Manager for its Joint Venture operations. You will lead revenue optimisation across JV markets, aligning pricing strategies with partner airlines and ensuring competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise JV revenue by designing and executing pricing strategies that meet PRASK targets.
• Participate in JV governance meetings, securing approvals for fare actions, promotions and tactical responses.
• Collaborate closely with partner carriers on pricing approvals, joint campaigns and performance reviews.
• Monitor competitor activity, benchmark fares and adjust pricing in real time.
• Utilise pricing tools and data platforms such as O&D, ATPCO, GDS and Tableau to drive decisions.
• Analyse performance metrics and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Demand, Distribution, Alliances and Network teams.
• Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements for pricing coordination.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent analytical experience.
• At least 5 years in a numerate, analytical role with a focus on revenue management.
• Experience in joint‑venture or partner pricing, including offline market handling and interline/codeshare coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
