Pricing Specialist – Emirati Talents

About the role

ABB is looking for a Pricing Specialist to support the Electrification Business Area’s Smart Building Division in Dubai. You will help develop and implement pricing strategies that maximise profit and market share while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and management of international and cross‑divisional pricing concepts, including frame agreements and key‑account requirements.
• Analyse pricing structures and calculate profit reserves to drive profitability.
• Apply and share pricing standards and special pricing strategies aligned with global division goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of pricing policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or any engineering discipline.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or financial modelling.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or SQL is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with good numerical and logical abilities.
