Primary Teacher (UK Curriculum) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Our partner school, a UK‑curriculum institution in Abu Dhabi, is looking for qualified female primary teachers to join the team starting in August. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the school’s pastoral care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons aligned with the school’s schemes of work.
• Assign and mark homework in line with school policies.
• Use formative and summative assessment data to monitor progress, set targets and inform future teaching.
• Provide regular oral and written feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and student achievement.
• Undertake pastoral duties and support student well‑being.
• Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning and parent‑teacher conferences.
• Engage in professional development and training activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education.
• PGCE in Primary Education.
• At least 4 years of primary teaching experience, preferably in the UK.
• Valid references and police clearance.
• Desirable: ADEK teaching licence.
