Principal – Corporate Finance (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a Principal to lead corporate finance and investment activities for a fast‑growing luxury real‑estate developer in Dubai. The role will combine deep financial analysis with direct interaction with GCC investors, family offices, banks and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and valuation of development projects, acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, feasibility, sensitivity and return calculations.
• Support investment decisions through market research, commercial analysis and investment‑committee presentations.
• Structure joint‑venture transactions, strategic partnerships and capital‑raising initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with investors, family offices, UHNWIs and institutional capital providers.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations and other financial materials for external stakeholders.
• Represent the company in meetings with Arabic‑speaking investors and coordinate lender due‑diligence and financing workstreams.
• Assist in refinancing, debt management and broader corporate‑finance projects with local and international banks.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• 8‑15 years of experience in real‑estate private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, real‑estate investments, sovereign‑wealth funds, family offices or leading real‑estate developers.
• Proven track record of evaluating and executing large‑scale investment and financing transactions.
