Principal Dry Utilities Engineer

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly motivated Principal Dry Utilities Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will lead the planning, design and engineering of dry utilities networks for multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support on large, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Support single and multi‑disciplinary bids with a focus on winning opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Report on project performance and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Deliver designs, budgets and drive projects from tender to delivery.
• Increase networking profile with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar infrastructure roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, technical writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dialux and Revit/BIM is a plus.
• Ability to process documents, visit project sites and analyse data.
