About the role

Kingston Stanley Recruitment is seeking an experienced Principal IT Recruiter to lead a high‑performing technology desk in Dubai. This 360 recruitment position involves managing the full hiring cycle while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end 360 recruitment process, from business development to placement.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships in the technology sector.
• Source, attract and engage top‑tier technology professionals for a variety of roles.
• Handle multiple live vacancies simultaneously and negotiate offers.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
• Generate new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.
• Keep accurate CRM records and market intelligence.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment, preferably within technology/IT.
• Proven track record in 360 recruitment and exceeding billing targets.
• Strong business development, account management and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
