Principal Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Clear Recruitment is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai office. You will work within a fast‑growing talent consultancy that specialises in Data Centres and Energy Infrastructure, supporting both permanent and contract placements across MENA, APAC, EMEA and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of engineering, construction and C‑suite candidates for high‑profile clients.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client organisations, understanding their strategic hiring needs.
• Achieve and exceed rolling sales targets, contributing to the firm’s year‑on‑year growth.
• Continuously deepen niche expertise in data‑centre and energy‑infrastructure sectors.
