Private Banking Executive

About the role

Barclays Private Bank in Dubai is expanding its Family Office and External Asset Manager business. We are seeking a Private Banking Executive to support client onboarding, servicing and documentation for high‑net‑worth clients. The role works closely with bankers and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, including KYC/AML checks and account set‑up.
• Provide day‑to‑day client service, preparing meeting materials, correspondence and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Business Management and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise processes.
• Support the Family Office and External Asset Manager teams in delivering tailored banking solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, family office or similar client‑facing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, operational procedures and risk management.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML, governance and compliance processes.
