About the role

Join Standard Chartered’s Wealth and Retail Banking team in Dubai as a Private Banking Graduate for 2026. This 12‑month programme is designed for UAE nationals who are final‑year students and will start full‑time employment in July 2026. You will rotate across key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to the growth of affluent client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support affluent banking teams in delivering wealth‑growth solutions for private, premium, and priority clients.
