About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large, formal residence of an ultra‑high‑net‑worth family in Dubai. This live‑out, full‑time position requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can maintain impeccable standards while handling all aspects of household management with discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a large private household.
• Supervise household staff, schedules, and daily activities.
• Maintain exceptional household standards and oversee property maintenance.
• Coordinate contractors, inventories, purchasing, and household supplies.
• Prepare the residence for guests, events, and entertaining.
• Collaborate closely with the family office, assistants, and household teams.
• Ensure all household operations are handled with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Travel to other family properties as required.

Required profile

• International experience managing UHNW private households.
• Proven track record with excellent professional references.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail and ability to anticipate household needs.
• Comfortable working with family office personnel and household teams.
