Private Medical Services Nurse – VIP Community Healthcare

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Private Medical Services team in Dubai. The role provides physician‑led, one‑to‑one nursing care to high‑net‑worth individuals, executives, international visitors and VIP clients in luxury residences, premium villas, executive apartments and five‑star hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care under the direct supervision of physicians for VIP patients.
• Perform clinical assessments, medication administration, wound care and other nursing procedures in private settings.
• Travel to multiple locations across Dubai each day, adapting to varied patient environments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all health information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate personalized care plans.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification recognized in the UAE.
• Proven experience in private, home‑care or similar high‑touch nursing environments.
• Strong clinical competence and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with high‑net‑worth clients.
