Private Wealth Adviser – Dubai

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking a Private Wealth Adviser to join its Dubai office. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring and managing high‑net‑worth international and expatriate clients, delivering holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning. You will work with a fully licensed, multi‑jurisdictional platform and proprietary wealth technology (Plume) that allows you to concentrate on client relationships and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a client book through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive outreach.
• Convert prospects into long‑term advisory relationships and retain existing clients by providing high‑quality advice and service.
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning covering investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate matters for internationally mobile clients.
• Monitor and adjust client plans in response to changing goals, circumstances and market conditions.
• Generate new business opportunities while leveraging Skybound’s brand, marketing activities and introducer relationships.

Required profile

• Level 4 qualification in financial advice or an equivalent credential.
• Proven experience as a practising financial adviser with a track record of building and managing a client book.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on growth and client acquisition.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, particularly with high‑earning, internationally mobile clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while using central compliance, operations and paraplanning support.
• High standards of professionalism, organisation and follow‑through.
